Atlas Smiles Dental operates Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5pm. Weekend 8:00am to 1:00pm on Saturday. Sunday are for Emergency appointment only from 9:00am to 1:00pm.

You should bring your Medicare card or Private Healthcare card, if you have one, as well as any other relevant documents, such as your referral letter, test results, prescriptions, or medical history. You should also bring a list of questions or concerns that you want to discuss with our dentist. You may also need to fill out some forms, such as a new patient registration form, a consent form, or a privacy policy form.

It is recommended that you visit Atlas Smiles Dental every six months for a routine dental check-up and cleaning. However, if you have a history of dental problems, we may recommend more frequent visits.

At Atlas Smiles Dental, we accept all major credit cards and cash payment. No Surcharge. 

Our Hicaps terminal also allow us to accept all Health funds and claims.

Afterpay and humm can also be organised for your treatment.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your dental appointment, you should contact our Wheelers Hill dentist as soon as possible and let them know the reason for the change. Depending on the dentist’s policy, you may need to give at least 24, 48, or 72 hours notice to avoid any fees or penalties. You should also ask our dentist if they have any available slots to reschedule your appointment, or if you need to wait for a cancellation or a new opening. You should also confirm the date, time, and location of your new appointment and update your calendar accordingly.

By cancelling or rescheduling your appointment in advance, you help our Wheelers Hill dentist maintain an efficient and organized schedule and allow them to offer your slot to another patient who may need dental care. You also show respect and courtesy to our dentist and their staff and avoid any unnecessary costs or inconveniences. You should also try to keep your appointments as much as possible, and only cancel or reschedule them for valid reasons, such as illness, emergency, or unavoidable conflict.

Brush your teeth twice a day with a fluoride toothpaste and floss daily. Make sure to also eat a balanced diet and avoid sugary or acidic foods and drinks.
